Gas and diesel import in Belgium: Decline in June 2018

According to new numbers published by JODI Data, the indicator sharply fell by 33.88% in June 2018. Gas and diesel oil import decreased greatly by 2 320.06 thousand barrels, in contrast to the prior month when it increased by 17.84 percent. When looking at the previous year, it can be reported that the variable was rising by 9.95 percent and reached 6 512.58 thousand barrels in June. Year-on-year, this pinpoints a -30.47% fluctuation between June 2017 and the same month the year after. The overall changes for the previous 16 years attained a diminution of 2.25%. Moreover, the gas and diesel oil import is now smaller than its average which equals 5 274.79 thousand barrels with a modest overall raise since the start of observations.
