Fuel oil consumption in extraction of petroleum and natural gas in China: Rise in 2015

China National Statistical Office reported that in comparison with the prior year fuel oil consumption strongly increased by 36.29 percent. The indicator sharply rose from 20.89 ten thousand metric ton in 2014 to 28.47 ten thousand metric ton previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it climbed by 8.8%. The overall changes for the previous 16 years hit a decrease of 85.96%. Likewise, the fuel oil consumption is now smaller than its average which equals 70.78 ten thousand metric ton and the variable illustrates a negligible overall fall since the 2000. It reached its all-time high of 210.52 ten thousand metric ton in 2001 and record low of 13.27 ten thousand metric ton in 2012.
