Production of polyethylene having a specific gravity not exceeding 0,94 in primary forms in Bulgaria: Decrease in 2017

In 2017 polyethylene production dropped sharply by 40.47 percent, adjusted data from European Commission pinpoint. Polyethylene production strongly went down by 7 459 736 kilogram, compared to the prior year when it increased by 9.76 percent. Bulgaria saw a decline of 5.58% in polyethylene production during the last 6 years. Furthermore, it has attained the average annual growth rate of 0.01 percent during the five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 13 878 679 kilogram from 2012 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 18 434 304 kilogram in 2016 and record low of 10 652 937 kilogram in 2013.
