Import of yarn of synthetic staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Czech Republic: Drop in 2016

European Commission reported that yarn import fell by 9.57 percent compared with the prior year. The variable went down from 1 957 200 kilogram to 1 769 900 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it dropped by 21.97%. It attained its 14-year minimum. The overall changes for the prior 14 years reached a decrease of 67.03%. Likewise, it has attained a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.09 percent over the five years with a marginal overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 3 714 428.57 kilogram from 2003 to 2016 and it hit its maximum of 5 707 900 kilogram in 2006.
