Number of sold residential buildings in China remains unchanged in 2017

According to data released by China National Statistical Office, building starts didn't change in comparison to the previous year. For the 2nd consecutive year, the variable was 12 822 565. China saw a raise of 202.75% in building starts during the last 13 years. Besides, it has had the CAGR of 0.03% over the last 5 years with a slight overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 8 763 100.46 from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 4 235 372 in 2005.
