Lead in concentrates production in South Korea remains unchanged in 2014

According to data announced by U.S. Geological Survey, compared to the prior year lead production held steady. For the 2nd consecutive year, the lead production remained unchanged at 1 500 metric ton. South Korea saw a drop of 57.84% in lead production during the last 17 years. Furthermore, it has had a raise at a 0.05% CAGR over the last five years with a modest overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 1 096.65 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it hit its all-time high of 3 558 metric ton in 1998 and record low of 12 metric ton in 2007.
