Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres packaged for retail sale to Hungary: Fall in 2017
Yarn import fell by 24.79% in 2017, new figures from European Commission illustrate. The indicator went down from 38 040 Euro to 28 610 Euro, in contrast to the prior year when it went up by 13.25%. It illustrates the all-time low since 2008. Hungary saw a decline of 69.15% in yarn import during the last 10 years. Likewise, it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.27 percent during the last 5 years with a negligible overall drop since the 2008. It averaged 125 129 Euro from 2008 to 2017 and it hit its maximum of 274 260 Euro in 2010.
