Gas and diesel import in Slovakia grows in May 2018

JODI Data published that the indicator climbed by 12.5% in May 2018. Gas and diesel oil import went up from 19.89 thousand barrels per day to 22.38 thousand barrels per day, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it rose by 0.81%. The numbers hit 26.23 thousand barrels per day in May 2017, which is a 35.23 percent fluctuation compared to the prior month of 2017. In short, the variable was -14.68 percent lower in May 2017 than in the same month one year later. Slovakia saw a rise of 287.45% in gas and diesel oil import during the last 16 years. As well as the gas and diesel oil import is now bigger than its average which equals 12.13 thousand barrels per day with a overall growth since the start of observations. It attained its all-time high of 26.23 thousand barrels per day in May 2017 and record low of 2.17 thousand barrels per day in August 2003.
