Import of pearls cultured worked, not mounted or set to Estonia rises in 2016

According to statistics issued by United Nations Statistical Office, import of pearls cultured worked, not mounted or set strongly increased by 34.48% compared with the previous year. The indicator greatly climbed from 29 kilogram to 39 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 52.63 percent. Estonia saw an increase of 3 800% in import of pearls cultured worked, not mounted or set during the last 17 years. Besides, it has attained a 0.21% compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a modest overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 369.18 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 5 724 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2000.
