Import of cresols to India: Decline in 2017

In comparison to the previous year bactericide import negligibly went down by 3.41%, new figures from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. Bactericide import decreased slightly from 8 923 302 kilogram to 8 618 591 kilogram, contrarily to the prior year when it climbed by 24.18 percent. India saw a raise of 786.01% in bactericide import during the last 30 years. Besides, it has shown a growth at a 0.04% compound annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a negligible overall increase since the 1988. It averaged 4 567 957.6 kilogram from 1988 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 10 735 618 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 212 251 kilogram in 1991.
