Import of parts of portable electric lamps worked by dry batteries, accumulators or magnetos to Malta drops in 2017

According to updated statistics published by European Commission, compared to the previous year the variable went down barely by 3.87%. Lighting import fell hardly by 680 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it dropped by 70.99 percent. Malta saw an increase of 412.12% in lighting import over the past 15 years. However, it has attained a fall at a 0.11 percent average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the 2003. It averaged 18 083.33 Euro from 2003 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 60 610 Euro in 2015 and record low of 1 100 Euro in 2009.
