Import of flour or meal of dried legumes to Seychelles: Decline in 2016

According to new figures published by United Nations Statistical Office, in 2016 dried legumes import diminished by 21.47 percent. The variable went down from 15 439 US Dollar in 2015 to 12 125 US Dollar prior year, in contrast to the previous year when it rose by 15.15%. Seychelles saw an increase of 76.62% in dried legumes import during the last 23 years. However, it has attained a drop at a 0.03% compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a negligible overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 12 151 US Dollar from 1994 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 51 510 US Dollar in 2006 and record low of 365 US Dollar in 1995.
