Export of men's and boys' anoraks of cotton from Sri Lanka falls in 2016

Men's clothing export fell negligibly by 0.76% in comparison with the previous year, revised statistics from United Nations Statistical Office pinpoint. Men's clothing export hardly declined from 9 436 kilogram in 2015 to 9 364 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 33.23 percent. The overall changes for the prior 17 years reached a decline of 46.6%. Furthermore, it has had a 0.93 percent average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall fall since the start of time series. It averaged 10 543.06 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 85 933 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 2 kilogram in 2007.
