Export of single cotton yarn of uncombed fibres containing less than 85% by weight of cotton, measuring per single yarn 192-125 decitex from Indonesia falls in 2017

Compared with 2016 cotton export decreased by 17.27%, according to updated figures issued by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator declined from 636 858 kilogram to 526 855.75 kilogram, in comparison with the prior year when it went up by 7.9 percent. Indonesia saw an increase of 585.7% in cotton export during the last 29 years. Besides, it has attained a growth at a 0.05 percent CAGR during the 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the 1989. It averaged 424 106.82 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 3 479 672 kilogram in 1996 and record low of 2 219 kilogram in 2004.
