Re-import of copper and copper alloy waste or scrap to Italy: Decline in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office published that the indicator sharply dropped by 77.93 percent compared with the previous year. The variable fell strongly by 359 653 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it rose by 331.51%. Italy saw a decline of 52.93% in copper import during the last 6 years. Furthermore, it has had a 0.33% compound annual growth rate over the last five years with a negligible overall growth since the 2012. It averaged 168 983.33 kilogram from 2012 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 461 493 kilogram in 2016 and record low of 24 657 kilogram in 2013.
