Import of receiver or amplifier valves and tubes to Zimbabwe goes down in 2016

Electronic component import decreased sharply by 99.3% in comparison with the previous year, according to numbers published by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator greatly diminished by 285 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it grew by 83.97%. Zimbabwe saw a diminution of 91.3% in electronic component import over the past 15 years. As well as it has attained a decline at a 0.5 percent compound annual growth rate over the five years with a modest overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 57.07 kilogram from 2002 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 287 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2005.
