Export of artists, writing and cosmetics brushes from Cyprus decreases in 2017

The variable strongly decreased by 96.91 percent compared to the previous year, according to revised data published by United Nations Statistical Office. Consumer goods export diminished sharply by 20 416, in comparison with the prior year when it grew by 52 565 percent. Cyprus saw a drop of 86.67% in consumer goods export during the last 29 years. Besides, it has had the average annual growth rate of 0.04% over the last 5 years with a marginal overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 7 062.72 from 1989 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 52 830 in 2003 and record low of 1 in 1995.
