Import of buttermilk to Latvia: Drop in 2016

In comparison to the previous year the indicator strongly diminished by 41.09%, according to numbers announced by European Commission. The variable declined greatly by 257 030 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went down by 52.58 percent. The overall changes for the previous 16 years attained a rise of 353.2%. Though, it has had a decrease at a 0.21% compound annual growth rate during the last five years with a marginal overall raise since the 2001. It averaged 535 410.63 Euro from 2001 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 1 319 310 Euro in 2014 and record low of 81 320 Euro in 2001.
