Number of sold villas, high-grade apartments in China increases in 2017

Compared to the previous year the variable climbed by 17.62 percent, updated numbers from China National Statistical Office highlight. It's new all-time peak since 2005 as building starts rose by 45 570, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it increased by 34.96 percent. China saw a growth of 99.65% in building starts during the last 13 years. Likewise, it has attained the average annual growth rate of 0.09% during the last five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 211 618.23 from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 152 339 in 2005.
