Import of dormant bulbs, tubers, corms, crowns and rhizomes to Australia declines in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office published that flower import dropped by 18.77% compared with the previous year. The variable fell from 5 927 313 kilogram in 2015 to 4 814 982 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 4.64 percent. The overall changes for the prior 29 years reached a rise of 11 008.51%. Though, it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.01 percent over the last five years with a modest overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 2 686 143.21 kilogram from 1988 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 6 215 747 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 43 345 kilogram in 1988.
