Export of whole pepper of the genus piper from Israel: Rise in 2016

Pepper export increased greatly by 1 093.26 percent in 2016, refreshed numbers from United Nations Statistical Office demonstrate. It attained its 16-year high as pepper export sharply grew from 119 217 kilogram to 1 422 573 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 5.56%. Israel saw a raise of 40 743.32% in pepper export during the last 16 years. Furthermore, it has had a 2.33 percent compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a marginal overall rise since the 2001. It averaged 105 033 kilogram from 2001 to 2016 and it reached its minimum of 102 kilogram in 2010.
