Export of whole pepper of the genus piper from Israel: Raise in 2016

In 2016 pepper export strongly increased by 1 093.26 percent, updated figures from United Nations Statistical Office show. Pepper export rose greatly by 1 303 356 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it climbed by 5.56 percent. It reveals the all-time maximum since 2001. Israel saw a rise of 40 743.32% in pepper export over the past 16 years. Moreover, it has had a raise at a 2.33 percent compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a slight overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 105 033 kilogram from 2001 to 2016 and it attained its minimum of 102 kilogram in 2010.
