European Commission published that compared to the prior year flax yarn export went up strongly by 43.82 percent. The variable grew sharply from 277 030 Euro in 2016 to 398 430 Euro previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it rose by 1.09 percent. France saw a growth of 205.1% in flax yarn export during the last 23 years. Furthermore, it has shown an increase at a 0.18 percent CAGR during the last 5 years with a slight overall decrease since the 1995. It averaged 435 160.43 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 1 523 530 Euro in 2005 and record low of 63 570 Euro in 1996.
