Import of boots covering the ankle with soles and uppers of rubber or plastics to Japan drops in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office published that footwear import decreased by 15.22 percent compared to the previous year. The indicator went down by 2 111 773 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it diminished by 11.91 percent. The overall changes for the previous 30 years hit a raise of 168.66%. Though, it has had a diminution at a 0.13 percent average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the 1988. It averaged 13 955 660.9 kilogram from 1988 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 28 524 884 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 1 605 839 kilogram in 1990.
