Import of siliceous fossil meals and earths to Ethiopia goes up in 2016

According to new data announced by United Nations Statistical Office, in 2016 import of siliceous fossil meals and earths greatly grew by 38.39 percent. Import of siliceous fossil meals and earths went up sharply from 279 538 kilogram in 2015 to 386 855 kilogram previous year, contrarily to the prior year when it went down by 35.23 percent. The overall changes for the previous 22 years attained an increase of 853.01%. Still it has had a decline at a 0.11% compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall raise since the 1995. It averaged 354 780.86 kilogram from 1995 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 680 081 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 24 437 kilogram in 1999.
