Export of fresh, preserved or cooked eggs from Spain declines in 2017

According to adjusted figures issued by United Nations Statistical Office, eggs export dropped by 10.09 percent in comparison with the previous year. The variable diminished from 115 074 256 kilogram to 103 464 016 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 13.8%. Spain saw a growth of 5 872.3% in eggs export during the last 29 years. Besides, it has shown the compound average annual growth rate of 0.01% during the last 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the 1989. It averaged 70 730 894.69 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 318 477 568 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 1 593 866 kilogram in 1990.
