Fuel oil demand in Argentina falls in April 2018

Fuel oil demand decreased by 8.32 percent in comparison to the prior month, revised numbers from JODI Data demonstrate. The indicator declined by 11.54 thousand tonnes, versus the previous month when it rose by 19.34%. The previous year, this variation reached 12.47 percent and the variable hit 315.08 thousand tonnes the same month the year before. Between April 2017 and April of the year after, the figures pinpoint a -59.67 percent shift. Argentina saw a rise of 96.2% in fuel oil demand during the last 16 years. Compared with its average, the fuel oil demand is now lower as the mean equals 225.34 thousand tonnes with a sharp overall raise since the start of observations. It attained its all-time high of 488.92 thousand tonnes in July 2016 and record low of 23.69 thousand tonnes in October 2017.
