Import of live horses except pure-bred breeding to Japan: Rise in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office announced that compared with the prior year horses import went up by 9.42%. Horses import rose by 6 945 480 US Dollar, in comparison to the previous year when it declined by 2.7%. Japan saw a raise of 665.44% in horses import over the past 30 years. Furthermore, it has attained an increase at a 0.06% average annual growth rate over the five years with a marginal overall growth since the 1988. It averaged 67 402 585.3 US Dollar from 1988 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 106 933 584 US Dollar in 1996 and record low of 10 535 779 US Dollar in 1988.
