Fuel oil demand in Nigeria declines in June 2018

JODI Data reported that fuel oil demand decreased slightly by 3.22% in comparison to May 2018. Fuel oil demand negligibly fell by 0.77 thousand tonnes, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it declined by 53.03%. The figures reached 23.08 thousand tonnes in June 2017, which is a -19.35 percent shift compared with the prior month of 2017. In June 2017 and in the same month the year after, the variable's level is similar. The overall changes for the prior 13 years attained a decrease of 56%. Compared to its average, the fuel oil demand is now lower as the mean equals 26.31 thousand tonnes with a overall drop since the start of time series. It hit its all-time high of 162.15 thousand tonnes in December 2006 and record low of 4.62 thousand tonnes in November 2016.
