Commercial vehicles in use in Singapore: Increase in 2017

According to updated statistics issued by OICA, compared with the previous year the indicator increased barely by 0.69 percent. It pinpoints the all-time peak since 2005 as commercial vehicles in use slightly rose by 1.26 thousand units, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it climbed by 0.7 percent. The overall changes for the previous 13 years reached an increase of 19.84%. As well as it has shown the compound average annual growth rate of 0.01% over the last 5 years with a sharp overall raise since the 2005. It averaged 173.27 thousand units from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 152.59 thousand units in 2005.
