Naphtha export in Saudi Arabia grows in April 2018

The variable grew by 22.8% in April 2018, revised numbers from JODI Data highlight. The indicator increased by 841 thousand barrels, compared to the previous month when it dropped by 1.68 percent. When examining the prior year, it can be noticed that the variable was going down by -3.74% and attained 5 670 thousand barrels in April. Between April 2017 and the same month the year after, the data show a -20.11% variation. Saudi Arabia saw a drop of 14.54% in naphtha export during the last 9 years. Besides, the naphtha export is now below average of 5 216.27 thousand barrels with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It reached its all-time high of 7 285 thousand barrels in August 2016 and record low of 2 821 thousand barrels in May 2009.
