New vehicles registrations in Syria climbs in 2017

Vehicle registration increased negligibly by 0.84 percent compared to the previous year, according to adjusted figures published by OICA. The variable rose hardly by 334, when it remained steady by 0 percent. The overall changes for the prior 13 years hit an increase of 0.12%. Still it has shown a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.01 percent over the five years with a slight overall decrease since the 2005. It averaged 46 545.62 from 2005 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 87 547 in 2010 and record low of 39 700 in 2016.
