Import of flax yarn packaged for retail sale to Lithuania goes down in 2016

In 2016 flax yarn import greatly decreased by 85.8%, according to revised data published by European Commission. The indicator declined sharply from 68 680 Euro in 2015 to 9 750 Euro prior year, versus the previous year when it increased by 234.53%. The overall changes for the prior 12 years hit a diminution of 56.1%. As well as it has shown a drop at a 0.15% compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a marginal overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 26 938.33 Euro from 2005 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 68 680 Euro in 2015 and record low of 2 820 Euro in 2006.
