Refined lead production in Thailand drops in 2014

Lead production decreased by 9.27% compared to 2013, updated figures from U.S. Geological Survey highlight. The indicator fell from 87 400 metric ton in 2013 to 79 300 metric ton previous year, contrarily to the prior year when it rose by 0.46%. Thailand saw a growth of 319.44% in lead production over the past 17 years. As well as it has shown a 0.02 percent compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 57 869.18 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it hit its all-time high of 93 000 metric ton in 2011 and record low of 18 906 metric ton in 1998.
