Import of frozen whole salt water fish to Lithuania increases in 2017

In 2017 fish import negligibly rose by 0.49%, adjusted data from European Commission highlight. It attained its 18-year maximum as fish import increased hardly by 498 320 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 20.8%. The overall changes for the prior 18 years reached an increase of 360.65%. Likewise, it has shown a rise at a 0.07 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a marginal overall raise since the 2000. It averaged 49 224 411.11 Euro from 2000 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 21 758 430 Euro in 2003.
