Export of footwear with outer soles of leather, and uppers which consist of leather straps across the instep and around the big toe from China declines in 2016

Compared with the same time an year ago footwear export diminished greatly by 58.97 percent, refreshed data from United Nations Statistical Office highlight. Footwear export sharply went down by 325 031 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 26.71 percent. China saw a drop of 67.49% in footwear export during the last 17 years. As well as it has attained the compound annual growth rate of 0.01% during the last five years with a modest overall fall since the 2000. It averaged 608 363.76 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 1 590 054 kilogram in 2006 and record low of 213 157 kilogram in 2012.
