Import of palm oil or fractions simply refined to Botswana goes down in 2016

Palm oil import diminished by 5.97% in comparison to the prior year, refreshed data from United Nations Statistical Office highlight. The variable dropped by 61 110 kilogram, contrarily to the previous year when it increased by 64.09%. The overall changes for the prior 17 years reached a growth of 244.93%. Furthermore, it has had an increase at a 0.08 percent compound annual growth rate during the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 538 308.35 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 1 023 453 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 407 kilogram in 2001.
