New vehicles registrations in Switzerland rises in 2017

Vehicle registration hardly rose by 0.01% compared to the previous year, new data from OICA indicate. The variable negligibly went up from 355 882 in 2016 to 355 910 previous year, versus the prior year when it fell by 1.87%. Switzerland saw a raise of 21.28% in vehicle registration during the last 13 years. As well as it has attained a 0.01% compound annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 332 805.23 from 2005 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 366 273 in 2012 and record low of 293 472 in 2005.
