Import of tar from coal, lignite or peat, other mineral tars to Mexico: Raise in 2017

In 2017 the indicator strongly grew by 285.32 percent, according to figures published by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable went up sharply by 211 570 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it rose by 38.92%. Mexico saw a raise of 50.69% in mineral tars import during the last 28 years. As well as it has had the compound annual growth rate of 0.3 percent over the five years with a modest overall decrease since the 1990. It averaged 412 890.96 US Dollar from 1990 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 2 478 000 US Dollar in 1992 and record low of 31 946 US Dollar in 2005.
