Export of hulled, pearled, sliced or kibbled maize from Guatemala: Rise in 2016

In 2016 maize export greatly climbed by 571.73%, refreshed numbers from United Nations Statistical Office illustrate. Maize export went up sharply from 6 396 kilogram in 2015 to 42 964 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 1 561.3 percent. The overall changes for the previous 24 years attained a growth of 118.24%. As well as it has had a raise at a 3.64 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a slight overall rise since the 1993. It averaged 12 288.71 kilogram from 1993 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 84 767 kilogram in 2009 and record low of 9 kilogram in 2005.
