Import of lithium carbonates to El Salvador: Decline in 2017

Compared with the previous year lithium carbonates import strongly declined by 95.62%, according to numbers announced by United Nations Statistical Office. Lithium carbonates import decreased sharply from 1 928 US Dollar to 84.36 US Dollar, versus the prior year when it grew by 29.05 percent. It reached its 23-year minimum. El Salvador saw a decline of 97.32% in lithium carbonates import during the last 23 years. Besides, it has attained a diminution at a 0.36 percent average annual growth rate during the five years with a slight overall raise since the 1995. It averaged 2 354.45 US Dollar from 1995 to 2017 and it attained its maximum of 14 723 US Dollar in 2011.
