Export of fresh or chilled whole halibut from Spain: Decline in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office announced that the variable diminished greatly by 93.57 percent compared to the prior year. The indicator sharply declined by 42 591.12 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it dropped by 83.1%. Spain saw a diminution of 28.19% in halibut export during the last 29 years. As well as it has had a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.67 percent during the five years with a modest overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 713 942.44 US Dollar from 1989 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 3 374 543 US Dollar in 2004 and record low of 1 721 US Dollar in 1995.
