Export of fresh or chilled whole plaice from Finland: Rise in 2017

In comparison to the prior year the indicator strongly increased by 71.43 percent, according to refreshed data announced by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable went up sharply by 25 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 600 percent. Finland saw a decline of 76% in plaice export during the last 26 years. Furthermore, it has had a 0.58% average annual growth rate over the last five years with a marginal overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 534.15 kilogram from 1992 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 2 762 kilogram in 2000 and record low of 5 kilogram in 2015.
