Export of mandarin, clementine and citrus hybrids from Ethiopia goes up in 2016

According to updated figures released by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison with the prior year mandarin export went up by 18.15%. Mandarin export grew from 32 103 US Dollar to 37 929 US Dollar, contrarily to the previous year when it decreased by 42.07%. The overall changes for the prior 20 years attained a raise of 2 084.85%. However, it has shown a decline at a 0.1% compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 84 424.4 US Dollar from 1997 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 865 085 US Dollar in 2002 and record low of 636 US Dollar in 2005.
