Road length barely grew from 17 509 lane mile in 2014 to 17 747 lane mile prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 0.81 percent. The overall changes for the prior 26 years attained a diminution of 45.24%. Furthermore, it has shown a drop at a 0.02 percent compound annual growth rate during the five years with a negligible overall decrease since the start of time series. It averaged 24 997.08 lane mile from 1990 to 2015 and it hit its all-time high of 34 407 lane mile in 1997 and record low of 16 532 lane mile in 2012.
