Import of lifts and skip hoists to Mozambique decreases in 2016

Industrial equipment import fell strongly by 93.57% in comparison with the prior year, according to adjusted data presented by United Nations Statistical Office. Industrial equipment import greatly dropped from 1 519 589 kilogram to 97 775 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it grew by 75.36%. Mozambique saw a diminution of 33.58% in industrial equipment import during the last 17 years. As well as it has shown a decrease at a 0.18% compound annual growth rate during the five years with a slight overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 376 489.41 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 1 519 589 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 33 979 kilogram in 2004.
