Import of sulphites of metals other than sodium to Saudi Arabia increases in 2016

According to refreshed statistics presented by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison to the year before sulphides import rose sharply by 111.33 percent. The indicator greatly went up from 300 000 kilogram in 2015 to 634 000 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it increased by 48.51 percent. The overall changes for the previous 25 years hit a raise of 95.48%. Besides, it has shown a rise at a 0.26% average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a modest overall decline since the 1992. It averaged 238 970.88 kilogram from 1992 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 943 241 kilogram in 1995 and record low of 44 000 kilogram in 2004.
