Sold production of yarn of synthetic staple fibres not packaged for retail sale in Austria: Stagnancy in 2017

Compared to the prior year yarn sold production remained stable, revised numbers from European Commission show. The yarn sold production was 2 988 257 kilogram, for the 2nd consecutive year. The overall changes for the previous 14 years reached a fall of 74.56%. Furthermore, it has shown a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.03% over the last 5 years with a slight overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 3 559 011.79 kilogram from 2004 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 11 745 124 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 2 552 289 kilogram in 2009.
