Import of feathers and down of birds used for stuffing to Cambodia: Diminution in 2016

Import of feathers and down of birds used for stuffing declined sharply by 51.3% in comparison to the previous year, new figures from United Nations Statistical Office present. The indicator diminished greatly by 1 580 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went down by 52.46 percent. Cambodia saw a growth of 224.68% in import of feathers and down of birds used for stuffing over the past 17 years. Still it has had a negative CAGR of 0.29% over the five years with a slight overall drop since the start of observations. It averaged 3 063.24 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 8 659 kilogram in 2005 and record low of 385 kilogram in 2007.
