Export of fresh, preserved or cooked eggs from Namibia: Drop in 2016

Eggs export greatly diminished by 99.47 percent compared with the prior year, updated statistics from United Nations Statistical Office show. It attained its 17-year low as eggs export declined strongly by 67 127 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 88.18%. Namibia saw a fall of 99.82% in eggs export during the last 17 years. As well as it has attained a diminution at a 0.8% average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a marginal overall increase since the 2000. It averaged 808 441.47 US Dollar from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its maximum of 2 901 375 US Dollar in 2010.
