Vehicles production in Egypt: Raise in 2017

According to figures announced by OICA, the indicator went up slightly by 1.13 percent in 2017. Vehicle production barely increased by 410, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 0.64%. The overall changes for the previous 21 years hit a decrease of 39.11%. Furthermore, it has had a rise at a 0.04 percent compound annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a slight overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 65 676.76 from 1997 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 119 860 in 2008 and record low of 30 804 in 2013.
